KERRY Katona had to pull out of a live TV appearance after she fell ill.
The new Wigan resident was due to appear on ITV’s Daybreak last week with fellow Atomic bandmates Natasha Hamilton and Liz McClarnon, but the 32-year-old was forced to stay away because of a viral infection.
Bandmate Liz also had to cancel the interview at the last minute as she was also under the weather.
Singer Natasha, who was forced to do the interview alone, said: “Kerry has got a viral infection and Liz has just took ill this morning.
“She did arrive and she had a bit of a nose bleed. We don’t do things by half us Kittens!”
The group recently reformed for reality TV show The Big Reunion and will perform at a number of gigs around Britain.
They announced that they are heading back into the studio to record their first new material in nine years.
Meanwhile, Kerry’s trademark blonde locks have turned blue.
The Warrington-born star revealed on Twitter that she has gone from a blonde-bombshell to a blossoming blue head!
Sharing a picture of her new look, she said: “Do you think blue is my colour????”
