ANOTHER member of the Marsh family is waiting in the wings to become the next big thing.
Kym Marsh’s daughter, 16-year-old Emily Cunliffe, auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent and the 37-year-old was ready to hold her hand and give her advice.
The former Ashton resident auditioned in front of David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden at Manchester’s Lowry Theatre but fans will have to wait until the show airs this spring to find out whether she made it through.
And Kym wasn’t the only one to show their support, as she was joined by her son, David, other family members and Coronation pals Alison King (Carla Barlow) and Ian Puleston-Davies (Owen Arsmtrong).
Tweeting on the day of the auditions, Kym tweeted: “Wishing my baby all the luck in the world today! Too proud of you emz.”
And speaking after the audition, Kym, who shot to fame with Hear’Say which was formed through Popstars said: “I think I was more nervous that Emily was! But I was just so proud, I was in tears when she went on stage.
“The reaction of everyone in the audience was amazing.”
And shortly afterwards Emily joined the world of Twitter and after only a week or so has more than 2,880 followers.
