In this industry you have to go where the work is. If I have to travel, I have to travelLucy-Jo Hudson
She said: “I’m nervous, but I’m excited. I was worried about getting back into it, but you know when you walk into it that room you can just switch it back on.”
She added that she would love to do another series of Wild At Heart.
She said: “If Wild at Heart ever came back I would jump at the chance. I’d love to take Sienna out to Africa. Alan and I have discussed what would happen. If it was a job I wanted to do, we’d work something out. In this industry you have to go where the work is and we both understand that. So if I have to travel, I have to travel. I could always take Sienna with me, and our families would definitely help out, so it wouldn’t be a problem.”
And husband Alan Halsall, who plays Tyrone Dobbs in Corrie, has no plans to leave the soap.
He said: “I am challenged there all the time. I had the brilliant domestic abuse storyline last year.
“I still love it. I have a lot to thank the show for - I met my wife on the show!”
