ONE man has been bailed following a fatal road traffic collision on the A580.
The man was a passenger in a red Citroen Picasso that collided with a lorry on the westbound side of the A580, between Atherleigh Way and Lane Head, at 4pm yesterday (Wednesday), May 1 2013.
The driver of the Picasso, a 58-year-old man, and the driver of the HGV, a 46-year-old man, were both arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving following the collision.
The driver of the Picasso has been released on police bail until later this month and the driver of the HGV remains in police custody for questioning.
