Battle bus urges a vote to leave EU
The Eurosceptic party’s vehicle spent around an hour parked in front of Leigh town hall as part of a North West tour which also took in Nantwich and Blackpool.
North West elected representatives Paul Nuttall and Steven Woolfe urged supporters to vote in favour of leaving the EU in the June 23 referendum. They also toured Leigh town centre to speak to businesses and undecided voters.

Hide AdUkip decided to visit the borough as the party has polled strongly in elections in the town in recent years.
The battle bus’ tour comes less than a month after former Labour leader Ed Miliband led the party’s visit to Wigan to persuade voters to stay in the EU.
