Conditional discharge for Wigan woman with 'medical heroin'
A woman found in possession of 'medical heroin' has been given a 12-month conditional discharge.
Rebecca Bushell, 36, of Linney Square, Scholes, admitted to Wigan justices that she had a quantity of diamorphine on January 22. A victim services surcharge and court costs come to £107.
