Lisa Robinson (36): Princess Avenue, Astley - Drunk and disorderly in a public place, failed to surrender to custody: Discharged conditionally for 12 months, fined £40, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30, pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Steven Costello (37): Leigh Street, Golborne - Assaulted two police officers in the execution of their duty, assaulted Jessica Rigby by beating: Community order for 12 months, pay £250 compensation, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, restraining order not to contact Jessica Rigby or enter East Avenue, Golborne.

Lewis Hare (20): Kitt Green Road, Wigan - Deposited controlled waste, about 20 bags of household rubbish, on land near Heyford Road, Marsh Green, committed an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence: Community order for six months with eight-week curfew, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, pay costs of £200.

Frederick Paul Cross (38): Flockton Avenue, Standish - Harassment of Sabrina Horan: Restraining order not to contact Sabrina Horan or enter Martland Mill Lane, Wigan, fined £162, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30, pay costs of £150 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Steven Craig Greenall (28): Butler Street, Wigan - Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order given for using electricity without due authority: Community order revoked and new one put in place for 12 months with drug rehabilitation requirement and 150 hours of unpaid work requirement.
