Driving ban for Wigan woman who was under the influence of cannabis
A woman who drove a car without a licence or insurance while under the influence of cannabis has been barred from the road.

Corie Liptrot, 25, of Whelley, Whelley, appeared before Wigan justices to admit the three offences committed on Millgate in a VW Scirocco on February 5.
As well as receiving a 12-month disqualification, Liptrot must also pay a fine, costs and a victim services surcharge totalling £297.
