Man admits dealing hard drugs in Wigan

A Liverpool man has admitted to peddling hard drugs in Wigan.

Paul Green was found in possession of 544g of diamorphine - otherwise known as medical heroin - and 101g of crack cocaine when police arrested him on January 13, borough justices heard.

The 37-year-old of Prince Albert Mews, was remanded in custody by Wigan and Leigh magistrates pending his sentencing by a Bolton Crown Court judge on Wednesday February 10.

Meanwhile , Leanne Jauncey, 36, of Oakleigh Park North, in the London borough of Barnet, appeared in court to plead not guilty to the same two charges.

She too was remanded in custody and will appear in the Crown Court dock at the same time as Green.
