A man breached the peace at the Wigan care home where his ex-girlfriend worked, a court heard.
Police were called to Norfolk House, on Norfolk Street, Springfield, on Monday due to a disturbance between Silviu Chelba, 31, and his former partner.
He was arrested and appeared at Wigan And Leigh Magistrates’ Court yesterday, where he admitted breaching the peace.
Representing himself, Chelba, of Parson’s Walk, Wigan, said his ex-girlfriend had agreed to help him after they separated and he was there to ask her for money.
He was bound over to keep the peace for six months to the sum of £100.
The court heard he had been given a police information notice regarding his contact with the woman.
