Man in hospital with serious injuries after stabbing in Wigan
Emergency services attended the shocking early-morning incident in Platt Bridge.
Police were called to an address on Victoria Road after an incident at around 5am on Thursday.
A man in his 40s was taken to hospital.
A Greater Manchester Police (GMP) spokesperson said: "At around 5.26am this morning (May 6, 2021) police were called to a report of a stabbing on Victoria Road, Platt Bridge.
"Officers attended and a man in his 40s was taken to hospital with what are believed to be serious injuries.
"No arrests have been made at this time and enquiries are ongoing."
