Man wanted by police on recall to prison could be in Wigan

Police are appealing for help to find a man wanted on recall to prison.

Craig Shelley, 32, was released from prison in September, after being jailed in August for breach of a restraining order.

He is now wanted on recall to prison after breaching the conditions of his licence.

Shelley is known to have links to Skelmersdale, Up Holland and Wigan.
