More than 50 wraps of crack cocaine and heroin seized by police in Wigan

Police seized 54 wraps of crack cocaine and heroin, with a street value of more than £500, when they arrested a woman in Wigan.

Officers from Scholes neighbourhood policing team arrested a 35-year-old woman on Sullivan Way, in Scholes, on Sunday.

Inquiries continue and anyone with information about the supply of drugs is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
