Afeez Oderinda, 22, of Derwent Road, Hindley, and 27-year-old Wesley Thomasson, of Coop Street in Bolton, had been due to be sentenced by a Bolton Crown Court judge.

They had already pleaded guilty before Wigan and Leigh magistrates to causing Matthew Farrimond grievous bodily harm during an incident in Wigan on July 23 last year.
