Three men arrested as drugs and cash found by police in Christmas Eve raid in Wigan

Three men have been arrested after police investigating drug dealing raided a property in Wigan.

Officers from Scholes and Wigan West neighbourhood policing teams executed a warrant on Scholes on Thursday morning.

A spokesman said: "Three males have been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs after class A drugs and cash were recovered."

Photographs from the raid, including one showing a door that was damaged, were posted by Greater Manchester Police on Facebook.

Anyone with information about drug dealing is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
