Wigan man accused of driving while banned fails to turn up at court
A warrant has been issued after a man accused of driving while disqualified and without insurance failed to turn up at court.

Ben Atherton, of Scotia Walk, Lowton, was due to appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court yesterday to answer the charges.
The offences the 23-year-old is charged with relate to him driving an Audi A1 on Ludlow Drive in Leigh on October 20 last year.
