Wigan man accused of drug driving twice in one week

A motorist was caught under the influence of cocaine twice in a week, Wigan justices heard.

James Higgins, 34, of Masefield Drive, Worsley Mesnes, has yet to enter a plea to charges of having illegal levels of the drug in his system when police stopped a Ford Fiesta firstly on Masefield Drive on October 6 and again on October 12 on Worsley Mesnes Drive. The case resumes on May 6.
