Wigan man accused of sex crimes against girl, 13

A man has been accused of a series of sex crimes with a 13-year-old girl.

Matthew Phair, 38, of Bolton Road, Ashton, faces five charges, including inciting a girl to perform lewd acts, showing her indecent images and trying to meet with her for sexual purposes.

He has not yet pleaded and will next appear before a Bolton Crown Court judge on April 21 before which he is on unconditional bail.
