Wigan man denies dangerous driving but admits damaging police cell
Jonathan Cadman, from Ince, appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.
The 48-year-old, of Rose Court, pleaded not guilty to driving a Ford Transit on Little Lane, in Goose Green in a dangerous manner and without proper insurance cover on March 7.
However, he admitted causing £50 damage to his Wigan police station cell after his arrest.
The case was adjourned for a trial on April 8 after which he will be sentenced for the damage.
