Joseph Thomas Melling (22): School Avenue, Whelley - Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order given for drink driving, taking a Renault Clio without consent, and failing to stop at the scene of an accident: Dealt with for the original offences and jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months with the offence being so serious because of a wilful and persistent breach of the court order.
