Wigan sex offender admits order breach
A sex offender has admitted an order breach by having contact with children.
Andrew Buckingham, 25, of Poolstock Lane, pleaded guilty to flouting the sexual harm prevention order – imposed on him in 2015 – in Oldham earlier this year and also failed to notify police of an address change.
He will be sentenced by a Bolton judge on April 9.
