EXCLUSIVE: New footage emerges of moment terror suspect is arrested in Wigan
The footage shows six officers, some armed, handcuffing the man on the ground outside a Swinley dental practice this afternoon.
The man was arrested in connection to the Manchester Arena bomb attack on Monday night, which killed 22 people and hospitalised a further 59 in one of the worst atrocities the UK has ever seen.

One eyewitness said: "I saw a man being wrestled to the ground, there were police everywhere. You just don't expect to see that sort of thing on your own doorstep. But what happened in Manchester the other night was just horrific so I suppose feelings are running high and the police are being extra careful. It might prove to be nothing but you can't be too careful nowadays."
A statement from GMP before the package was removed stated: "We have made an arrest in Wigan this afternoon in connection with the investigation into the horrific incident at Manchester Arena. When arrested the man was carrying a package which we are currently assessing. A police cordon remains in place while this is carried out."
