Four men charged with supplying drugs in Wigan

Four people have been charged after an investigation into the supply of Class A drugs in Wigan.

Officers executed a number of warrants across Wigan and Merseyside in the early hours of Friday morning following an investigation into the manufacture and supply of Class A drugs.

The following four men have been charged with being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug: Mark Talbot, 46, of Kilburn Avenue, Ashton-in-Makerfield; Paul Witter, 40, of Trinity Gardens, Ashton-in-Makerfield; Richard McDonough, 51 of Croft Close, Birkenhead and Joseph Manley, 22, of Landseer Road, Merseyside.

Manley has also been charged with possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply.

They have all been remanded in custody and appeared at Wigan Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
