Large amount of police activity on Wigan road
Police have descended on a Wigan street.
Several cars were spotted on Spencer Road West at the junction with Gidlow Lane just after 10am on Wednesday.
Other news: Work done on borough heritage sites praised by Historic EnglandOne police vehicle was seen blocking the entire lane of the street stopping cars travelling in the direction of Whitley from Beech Hill.
The cause of the police activity is currently unknown.
