THREE Wigan Athletic fans have been ordered to stay away from games after they were arrested in Coventry on Saturday.
The trio, who are 18, 21 and 26, were questioned by police following a fight at a city centre pub.
They were arrested at Coventry train station at 6.20pm following the incident which happened earlier in the day. Police say punches and chairs were thrown in the fight.
The three men have been bailed until next month. Part of the conditions are that they must not go within three miles of a ground where Latics are playing,
A West Midlands Police spokesman said: “Three men aged 18, 21 and 26 from Wigan were arrested from Coventry train station at around 6.20pm on Saturday on suspicion of being involved in a fight at the Litten Tree pub earlier in the day where punches and chairs were thrown.
“They have been bailed till next month with conditions not to go within three miles of a ground where Wigan FC are playing.”
