Missing man found safe and well

A WIGAN man who was reported missing has been found safe and well.

Stephen Knight was found today (Thursday) in Edinburgh after being reported missing on Friday July 24 after completing a night shift at work.

He was then believed to have returned home to his address on Daybrook, Upholland but hadn’t make any contact with friends or family members since.

Mr Knight was spotted at the railway station in Windermere the following day on the afternoon of Saturday July 25 but there was no further confirmed sightings of him since he was found in Scotland’s capital.

Lancashire Police put an appeal out for help to find the 40-year-old and has thanked everyone who shared it.
