WeightWatchers chicken and avocado wrap with sriracha mayo recipe
This recipe is great for a light lunch, combining the simple flavours of chicken and avocado with the punchy spice of sriracha.
Chicken & avocado wrap with sriracha mayo

1tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
1tbsp sriracha sauce
50g WW white wrap
75g cooked and skinless chicken breast fillet, shredded
30g avocado, sliced
1. Put the reduced-fat mayonnaise and the sriracha sauce into a small bowl and mix together until combined.
2. Spread the sriracha mayo onto a WW white wrap and top with the shredded chicken breast fillet and sliced avocado.
3. Drizzle a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice over the top and roll up the wrap to serve.
