The Mayor of Wigan Coun Marie Morgan, accompanied by Consort Coun Clive Morgan and Deputy Lieutenant of Greater Manchester Martin Ainscough welcomed Wigan’s newest British citizens, presented certificates and posed for photographs, at the monthly British Citizenship ceremony held at Wigan Town Hall.
