The Grand Arcade is holding a series of free activities this week to keep families busy during the half-term break.
There will be a different activity from 10am to 4pm each day in the centre’s spooky woodland fun hub, including colouring sessions, wicked word searches, Halloween crafts and storytelling with Waterstones.

Families are invited to a pumpkin picking patch at the woodland hub from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, where children can choose a pumpkin and decorate it with scary arts and crafts in a workshop.
There will also be a face painter to turn little monsters into a devil, zombie or wicked witch and spot prizes for the best Halloween costumes.
Donations will be collected on the day for Wigan charity Joining Jack, which is marking its 10th year of raising funds and awareness of Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
