The new Mayor of Wigan welcomes British citizens to the borough

The first official engagement of the new Mayor of Wigan Coun Kevin Anderson was to preside over the latest British citizenship ceremony.

He was joined by Greater Manchester Deputy Lieutenant Mike Walmsley to welcome the borough’s newest residents at a town hall ceremony.
