Wigan cancer survivor to host fund-raising coffee morning

A Wigan cancer survivor who set up a support group to help others facing similar challenges is to host an event to fund it.

Kay Cancer Care sessions began at Beech Hill Book-Cycle last November and were established by 55-year-old Kay Seddon who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 who found that help groups she had subsequently attended stopped when the pandemic struck.

Now she is organising a coffee morning at the Book Cycle, Buckley Street West, on Saturday May 14 from 11am onwards. All are welcome.
