POLICE are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 46-year-old man from Northern Ireland thought to be missing in Wigan.
Mervyn Craig, 46, is insulin dependent, has recently moved to the Wigan area from Northern Ireland, and his family are concerned he has not been administering the insulin to himself correctly.
He was last seen at the Arnold Clark Motorstore on Wallgate, Wigan, at around 8pm yesterday, Monday 8 February 2016.
He is described as white, around 6ft tall, bald, with a strong Irish accent. He was last seen wearing a light grey ‘Tapout’ t-shirt with dark jeans.
Anyone with information about Mervyn’s whereabouts is asked to call police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
