FORMER Wigan Warriors star Martin Aspinwall has appeared in court on two driving charges.
The 29-year-old, of Stirling Avenue, Ince, appeared before Wigan Magistrates’ Court, charged with driving a car when above the legal alcohol limit and driving dangerously.
The alleged offence occurred in the early hours of January 28.
Aspinwall, pictured, entered no pleas and the case was adjourned until April 7 for committal proceedings at Wigan Magistrates’ Court.
He was released on conditional bail.
Aspinwall no longer plays for Wigan and has signed with Castleford Tigers.
