Two men injured after shots fired at pub
Police were called to a pub last night after reports that shots had been fired.
Officers attended and found two men had suffered minor injuries at the Brewery Inn, on Brewery Lane in Leigh, at 8.40pm.
A 56-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and attempted wounding.
Police recovered a BB gun as part of their investigation.
A spokesman said the man was still in police custody this morning and their enquiries were ongoing.
