Two serious crashes cause long delays on M6
Two serious crashes on the M6 northbound have caused considerable delays this morning.
One between junction 28 and 29 and the other between junction 30 and 31, the incidents have led to long lines of traffic due to the time of day.
The crash between junction 30 and 31 is between a HGV and a car and lanes three and four are blocked. Incident between 28 and 29 is very minor and traffic is mainly due to the crash at junction 30 and 31.
The crashes happened at 8.47am this morning.
Injuries are believed to be minor and roads should be clear within a couple of hours.
