Car 'obstructed view of pelican crossing' on borough street
Police seized a car which was said to be obstructing the view of a pelican crossing.
Officers on patrol on Monday morning (September 7) seized the Ford Focus on Lord Street, Leigh.
The car was allegedly found to be obstructing the view of a pelican crossing as it was parked on solid white zig zag lines.
Police allege the driver also had no licence or insurance to drive the vehicle.
Officers seized the vehicle.
The driver will be summoned to court in relation to all three alleged offences.
