Man admits making indecent pictures of children

Michael Marshall, 31, of Peak Avenue, Atherton, appeared before Wigan justices to plead guilty to possessing child pornography falling into all three categories of seriousness and also to having a prohibited image of a child.

He was granted bail until he is sentenced by a Bolton judge on September 25 but he must sign onto the Sex Offenders’ Register until then.
