Wigan bakery reveals plans to re-open amid coronavirus fears

Galloways, on Wallgate, announced on Twitter that it hopes to have an update "in the following days" on its proposals to re-open.

The bakery said it has been constantly reviewing the situation since it closed four weeks ago.

It tweeted: "We are working hard behind the scenes with procedures for our staff and customers so we are all safe when we open our doors again

"We hope to have an update in the following days on our plans to re-open."
