Jordan Adam Higham (20): No fixed address - Stole a tips jar to the value of £10 belonging to staff at Caffe Nero in Wigan, conviction of an offence while a community order was in place for offences of theft and criminal damage: 12-month community order with rehabilitation activity requirement, £10 fine, £10 compensation, £85 surcharge to fund victim services.

Karl Andrew Pennington (38): Rose Hill Avenue, Wigan - Assaulted Laura Hunter, committing an offence while a suspended sentence order was in place: Jailed for 26 weeks as a sustained assault on a female in public on a main road, £250 compensation, £80 surcharge to fund victim services.

Heidi Marie Wilson (33): Tiernan Lodge, Falconwood Close, Wigan - Stole fresh meat worth £32 from Morrisons, stole a £120 drill from B&Q: Nine-month community order with drug rehabilitation requirement, £85 surcharge to fund victim services, £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
