Jordan Adam Higham (20): No fixed address - Stole a tips jar to the value of £10 belonging to staff at Caffe Nero in Wigan, conviction of an offence while a community order was in place for offences of theft and criminal damage: 12-month community order with rehabilitation activity requirement, £10 fine, £10 compensation, £85 surcharge to fund victim services.

Danusha Martin (38): St David’s Crescent, Aspull - Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order: New community order made with curfew for six weeks.

Peter John Rosbotham (52): Silverdale Avenue, Ince - Entered as a trespasser at Sheila’s, Wigan Market Hall, and stole a charity tin, stole a £500 Samsung mobile phone belonging to Molly Worrall: Jailed for 10 weeks and 42 days for non-payment of fines, £115 surcharge to fund victim services.

Karl Andrew Pennington (38): Rose Hill Avenue, Wigan - Assaulted Laura Hunter, committing an offence while a suspended sentence order was in place: Jailed for 26 weeks as a sustained assault on a female in public on a main road, £250 compensation, £80 surcharge to fund victim services.

Heidi Marie Wilson (33): Tiernan Lodge, Falconwood Close, Wigan - Stole fresh meat worth £32 from Morrisons, stole a £120 drill from B&Q: Nine-month community order with drug rehabilitation requirement, £85 surcharge to fund victim services, £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Anthony John Wood (37): Alder Avenue, Wigan - Behaved in a manner whereby a breach of the peace was reasonably expected: Bound over in the sum of £100 for six months.

Joshua Ray Hughes (18): Gidlow Lane, Beech Hill, Wigan - Stole various electrical items, a bicycle and £60 cash, to a total value of £660 belonging to Amanda Hughes, stole cash to the value of £20 from Amanda Hughes: Three-month community order made with curfew between the hours of 7pm and 7am, £85 surcharge to fund victim services, £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Josh Cumberbatch (19): Belvedere Place, Worsley Mesnes, Wigan - Caused Diljit Singh harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, stole vodka worth £10 belonging to Asda stores: Jailed for four weeks, with the offence so serious because the offender racially abused an employee, £50 compensation, £115 surcharge to fund victim services, pay £10 compensation.
