Woman denies benefit fraud

A WOMAN has denied cheating the benefits system.

Debra Dallimore, of Gloucester Crescent, Hindley, pleaded not guilty to three charges of failing to declare a change of circumstances.

Liverpool Crown Court heard that it was alleged she wrongly claimed income support, housing benefit and council tax benefit by not declaring she was living with her partner who was working.

Dallimore, 28, was further remanded on bail to await her trial at Liverpool beginning on January 4.
