WIGAN Athletic will kick off their eighth Barclays Premier League campaign against European Champions Chelsea at the DW Stadium.
Roberto Di Matteo’s men will come to town on August 18, subject to television scheduling.
That will be followed by a trip to newly-promoted Southampton before Stoke City come to the DW on September 1.
Latics’ boxing day game will be played at Goodison Park against Everton with Manchester United the visitors on New Year’s Day.
Roberto Martinez’s side will travel to West Ham on April 20 in what is a mixed bag of games towards the end of the season.
They’ll then play Tottenham at home before consecutive visits to West Brom and Arsenal.
The last day of the season sees Aston Villa, who finished five points below Wigan in the 2012 campaign, come to Wigan.
