NICK Powell bagged his third goal in three Europa League games last night as Latics extended their unbeaten record.
And the on-loan Manchester United man insists there is far more to come from him.
Powell grabbed a fine equaliser to give Latics a 1-1 draw against Rubin Kazan, which keeps them second in Group D behind the Russians with five points from their three matches.
But the England Under-21 ace is determined to replicate his Euro form on the domestic stage – starting at Charlton on Sunday.
“My overall assessment of my time with Wigan would be average so far – I’ve had a couple of good games, a couple of bad ones and a couple that have been all right,” he said.
“I’ve come here to get games, and I’m happy to be doing that and contributing to the team.
“I’ve managed to score a few goals in the Europa League, but I need to make sure I take that into the Championship as well.
“Hopefully I can start to put that right on Sunday.”
Powell’s equaliser was the least Latics deserved on a night when they took the game to the highly-rated Russian side and were unlucky not to get all three points.
“We had more opportunities than they did and we could have won the game,” Powell added.
