With the start of the League One season fast approaching, Wigan Athletic will be desperate to vastly improve on their showing from last season.

The Latics survived a relegation scare to finish 20th last time out, but with Leam Richardson at the helm and a number of positive summer signings under their belt, the hope will be that they can push for a much higher position in the coming months.
