Wigan Harriers claimed three medals at the British Indoor Championships at the weekend.
Alex Russell claimed a new personal best as she stormed to triple-jump gold with 13.27m.
And in a further boost for the Liverpool student, th distance sneaks her into the UK all-time top 10.
There were also podium places for Harry Coppell and Emily Borthwick - the first national senior medals of their promising careers.
Borthwick won bronze in the high jump with a leap of 1.82m, the second-highest of her career.
Coppell was also third in his event, clearing 5.32m in the pole vault.
The event was screened on the BBC website and featured stars including Dwain Chambers and Katarina Johnson-Thompson.
