@MartynRees10: Be sad to see him go, but can’t deny him the chance to return home. Great player and has given his all when he’s put on our shirt and still will if he stays. Good luck Jackson.

@gmcneill57: Getting absolutely fed up of this circus now. Let’s cut our losses (which means getting a fee for him!), lose the constant speculation, and get someone in the team (Harry Smith) who actually cares and doesn’t use us as a stepping stone....

@AlexG6: Replace directly with Harry Smith. He’s now 21 years old and I don’t think dipping in & out of the team is achieving much any more. He needs & deserves to be given responsibility and opportunity to prove himself as Wigan’s halfback.

@yicker: I agree with him being a brilliant player and would love him to stay( without the sagas). However if his heart’s not in it then his performances will nosedive. We have players waiting to play and if he wants to go no point trying to persuade him

@k_iddon: I can understand his desire to return to the NRL but he’d be far better playing out this season at Wigan, hopefully going home with a winners’ medal or two & then looking at the options available to him. Pressure on him at Wests would be crazy, they’re struggling & he would be expected to be their immediate saviour & if it didn’t happen, people would soon be on his back again. Will be a fair few halves spots available at other clubs come the end of the season so probably some far better opportunities for him to consider.
