And asked whether they had spoken about maintaining their form at the DW, Navarrete said: “We don’t speak about not losing a home game, we just speak about not losing.

“We want to win every game, we treat every one like a final.

“We want the Challenge Cup, the title, and to do that we want to win every game.”

And with the big-guns back in Shaun Wane’s squad - John Bateman, Ben Flower and Sam Tomkins return, with Liam Farrell set to follow - Navarrete is determined to make the most of his opportunities.

The 23-year-old said: “Some props you want on the bench for the impact, when they are fresh.

“But for me, it’s always a pleasure to start a game.

“It’s like a promotion and, when Shaun told me, it gave me confidence.

“He told me he was happy with my form. I still have points to work on, but I know the standard now, I know how Shaun wants me to play.”

The former Catalans forward recently signed a new three year deal with Wigan.
