The Lions, remember, disbanded at the end of 2007 and reformed last year for a tour of New Zealand. Half of these players have played for Great Britain (not England) in at least one Test match. Once you have made your guesses, check out the answers on the final page.
1. Chris Melling
Melling's time with the Wigan Warriors was plagued by injury, which limited him to just 13 appearances for the club. It all stemmed from a cruciate ligament injury, sustained against Leeds at Headingley in 2004's Super League IX.
2. Richard Horne
The Doncaster head coach, who made a few appearances for Scotland, spent his entire playing career with Hull FC. The 2005 Challenge Cup winner set a Super League record of tries (13) scored in succession in 2006.
3. Danny Tickle
Tickle, who cleaned up at Hull FC's end-of-season awards ceremony in 2007, received the Wigan Warriors Player of the Year accolade from supporters in 2005. Workington Town became his eighth club after the 37-year-old joined last year.
4. Mark Calderwood
The Super League IX winner with Leeds Rhinos scored 32 tries in 72 appearances for Wigan Warriors. He scored his first try for the club against Castleford Tigers in May 2006.
