The Wigan Warriors pair, along with coach Wayne Bennett, laid a wreath at the Menin Gate Memorial to the Missing, and visited the Tyne Cot Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery.

It is the largest cemetery for Commonwealth forces in the world, for any war, with nearly 12,000 graves, more than 8,000 of which are unnamed.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War, and England will wear a special poppy jersey when they face New Zealand at Elland Road, Leeds on November 11.
