LEE Mossop won’t be taking stock just yet ahead of his move to Parramatta at the end of the season.
Mossop is facing his last Challenge Cup semi-final, at least for a while and he is determined to head to Sydney with a second winner’s medal.
“There’s a lot of lasts coming up for me soon,” said Mossop.
“The final is at stake and they don’t come much bigger.
“It could have been my last derby against St Helens last week and I didn’t come out on the best side in that so it’s the last for me in the great competition but hopefully it won’t be the end for me and I’ll be with Wigan in the final.”
The Cumbrian forward is trying not to think about next season before his job at Wigan is done but admits there are certain reminders which act as motivation for him.
“You try and put it to the back of your mind. There are other players leaving such as Pat and he reminds me of it, he mentioned there are a few things we are doing for the last time together,” said Mossop.
“But hopefully it won’t be my last ever.”
