FIVE Wigan players have been named in England’s squad to face New Zealand on Saturday.
Coach Steve McNamara has named an unchanged 19-man squad for the game at London’s Olympic Stadium.
That means Sean O’Loughlin, Liam Farrell, George Williams, John Bateman and NRL-bound Joe Burgess look likely to hold onto their places in the matchday 17.
England defeated New Zealand 26-12 in last week’s opening international at KC Stadium, Hull, and victory on Saturday in the first rugby leeague match to be played at the home of the 2012 London Olympics will see the national side record their first series victory over southern hemisphere opposition since 2007, when Great Britain defeated the Kiwis 3-0.
Around 45,000 tickets hace been sold for Saturday’s match - kick-off 2.30pm - and Wigan’s DW Stadium has sold out for the third Test the week later.
